It's been two weeks since Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S26 series, and with the pre-order period about to end in the USA, the company has compiled a handful of fun facts regarding demand.
The S26 series appears to be a huge success in the USA so far. Here are the main takeaways, according to data shared by Samsung.
- Galaxy S26 series pre-orders across all channels in the US are nearly 25% higher than those recorded by the S25 lineup last year.
- The Galaxy S26 Ultra is the most wanted model among pre-order customers in the USA. The Ultra accounts for a whopping 80% of all pre-orders.
- Major US retailers such as Best Buy have recorded twice as many pre-orders compared to the previous generation.
- Carriers are also benefiting. Samsung says major carriers in the USA have observed an increase of more than 70% in S26 pre-orders compared to the 2025 phones.
And all this is despite the fact that the S26 series didn't get as many pre-order perks in the USA as the previous models. For one, there's no free memory upgrade.
Nevertheless, there are several perks to pre-ordering. And if you want to be among the first Galaxy S26 owners in the USA, you still have a chance. The pre-order window is open until midnight EDT.
